Performing Opera : From Score to Stage

A one - day intensive workshop for singers, led by international opera + theatre director Eloise Lally.

Drawing on extensive experience directing and coaching singers through the full journey from score to stage, this workshop will facilitate singers journey to creating a role.

Together we will  :

  • Break down scores with dramaturgical insight

  • Embody your character through space and gesture

  • Work with (and against) musical structure on stage

  • Receive coaching and directorial feedback on scene work

Student Rate : £60 / Professional : £70

What to expect ?

Our day will be broken down into four sessions: Reading between the notes, voice in space, staging the score and scene work and coaching, with a chance for Q&A + reflection at the end of the day.

All you need to do is show up, open minded, and bring with you an aria or scene you would like to work on.

Whether you’re a student, graduate, or professional, this intensive will give you practical, repeatable tools for preparing roles from the inside out — and the confidence to bring them to life on stage.
